What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives in stock. You'll receive your item as soon as it becomes available. It allows us to work closely with our Italian suppliers, reduce waste and offer exclusive pieces without overstocking.

When will my pre-order item ship?

Each pre-order product page displays the expected shipping date. We'll notify you by email when your item ships.

How does payment work for pre-orders?

Payment is processed at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be exchanged or refunded as store credit unless stated otherwise.

Are pre-orders available in-store?

Yes, you can also pre-order items at our physical store in Rochechouart 87600. 

Will I be notified when my pre-order arrives?

Yes, you'll receive an email when your pre-order arrives with us.

What if the delivery date changes?

If there are any delays, we'll notify you immediately with an updated expected delivery date.
